Rideback RISE PitchFest - Oct 23, 2026
Kit and I have been spending the year in Los Angeles as Rideback RISE Fellows developing a feature film adaptation of MISS STEP! Our project will be pitched in front of hundreds of studio execs on October 23rd at the Rideback Ranch in hopes of selling the project. In addition, we’ll soon be unveiling 6 new demos to accompany the screenplay – all produced by Grammy award-winning orchestrator/producer Dominic Fallacaro and sung by Broadway performers.
Playwrights Horizons announces MISS STEP production - Coming Fall 2027
MISS STEP is having its Off-Broadway debut in Fall of 2027! Award-winning theater Playwrights Horizons has announced our show in their upcoming season. Directed by Connor Gallagher (Beetlejuice on Broadway), and co-choreographed by Laganja Estranja (RuPaul’s Drag Race), with set design by Jason Sherwood (2020 Oscar Awards, Rent Live!), this ‘80s dance aerobics musical, featuring a talented all-trans and non-binary lead cast is having its first world premiere production.
